Refund Policy

Reports are personalised digital content generated instantly: once payment is confirmed, your report is generated from your chart and unlocked right away. We want you to buy with peace of mind, so we give a full refund in these cases:

• The report failed to generate or won’t open: after payment the report didn’t unlock or can’t be displayed, and we couldn’t fix it within a reasonable time (usually 3 business days).
• Duplicate charge: if you were charged more than once for the same report, we refund the extra amount.
• Technical error: for example, the amount charged doesn’t match the price shown before payment, or a system error made you buy the wrong product.

Other situations (for example, you’ve already read the report or changed your mind): if you contact us within 7 days of payment, we’ll consider it case by case. This doesn’t affect your rights under Hong Kong law (including the Trade Descriptions Ordinance).

How to request a refund

1. Email monsterprojecthk@gmail.com with the subject “Refund request”.
2. Include your receipt number (starting with XB-, found under “My account → Payments → Receipt”) and the email you used at checkout.
3. Briefly tell us what happened (a screenshot helps).

Timing

• We’ll reply within 3 business days.
• Once approved, the money goes back to your original payment method via Stripe, in the currency you paid (HKD or USD). Banks and card issuers usually take 5–10 business days to show it.
• After a refund, access to the related report ends.
• We will never pressure you or push sales because you asked for a refund.
